Job Description:

As Principal Product Manager, you'll be part of the Enterprise Foundations Team, reporting to the Head of Product for Enterprise Data Center. In this role, you’ll drive strategic initiatives across high-priority areas under the Enterprise remit. Ideal for a strategic thinker, you will play a crucial role in defining the future for Atlassian’s Enterprise customers, who operate in regulated industries across Europe and require advanced Cloud deployment options.

Job Responsibility:

understand the regulated industry market in Europe
identify customer requirements
define a compelling future value proposition
develop a clear roadmap
lead and execute both short and long-term projects
navigate areas of uncertainty
disambiguate complex issues
present strategies and facilitate workshops
prioritize effectively
set the standard for product management excellence

Requirements:

10+ years experience working in product roles
experience with enterprise and regulated industries customers with a focus on EMEA
strong cloud platform knowledge and understanding of the market
knowledge of digital sovereignty, with a focus on privacy, data encryption, and EU sovereignty
practical product knowledge of key security features and systems
practical product knowledge of security operations
regulatory experience with key industry compliance accreditations
demonstrable experience across the product lifecycle
fluent German will be an asset
