Job Description

As a Principal Product Manager for Prisma SASE for MSPs, you will be responsible for developing and executing on product strategy to grow Prisma SASE business through Managed Service Providers. You will develop a deep understanding of the Managed Services market for network security solutions, and work closely with Telco, Global Systems Integrator (GSI) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) partners to drive product innovation, ecosystem integrations and growth of Prisma SASE adoption. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will own and drive the roadmap for new innovations such as Service Provider Interconnects, 5G Security, Agentic AI workflows for simplifying Day 0 provisioning and Day N operations of Managed Service Providers. In addition, you will have a broader sphere of influence as you will actively collaborate with fellow Product Management leaders across Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, Prisma Browser, Data & AI Security, and Strata Cloud Manager to drive innovations relevant for partners and large global organizations.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop deep understanding of Managed Services market and customer needs for Zero Trust Network Access and secure access to Internet, SaaS and Private Apps
  • Drive the adoption of Prisma SASE by Managed Service Provider partners and end customers by driving product innovation and solution development
  • Lead the evolution of the Service Provider (SP) Interconnect and 5G SASE by collaborating with wireline and wireless service providers worldwide
  • Develop a deep understanding of our security product portfolio to identify opportunities to drive productivity and operational gains by using Agentic AI innovations targeted at Partners
  • Assist field teams and customers by articulating our value proposition, competitive differentiation, and best practices for product implementation
  • Create and deliver compelling product communications, including whitepapers, demos, videos, and technical training for sales, customers, and partners
  • Engage with strategic customers through executive briefings and product evangelism to gather requirements and build strong relationships
  • Communicate product value effectively to both customers and internal business stakeholders using presentations and documentation

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management roles in Networking, Security or Cloud domains
  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline
  • Platform mindset with the ability to see the 'connective tissue' between different product lines and simplify them into a single user experience
  • Technical breadth in Networking to comfortably discuss Enterprise, Service Provider and Cloud Networking (e.g. MPLS, BGP, SD-WAN, CG-NAT, Cloud Interconnects)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • 10+ years in product management roles with a focus on Network Security (Firewalls, VPNs, SASE, or Web Gateways)
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA preferred or equivalent business experience
  • Proven experience working with or for Tier-1 Telcos, GSIs, or large MSPs. Understanding of carrier-grade SLAs and service delivery models
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, including for UX, prototyping with code, and agentic workflows
  • Strong go to market and business analysis skills
