We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for MAI’s next‑generation Agentic Orchestration Platform, with a focus on web‑scale automation, evaluation systems, browser‑based agent workflows, and human‑in‑the‑loop quality pipelines. This leader will define the multi‑year roadmap for Metrics Evaluation, Browser Automation, and Testing Platforms that power Copilot, Bing, Edge, MSN, and other MAI experiences. The role requires deep technical fluency, cross‑company influence, and the ability to drive clarity across highly complex, ambiguous problem spaces. This is a highly collaborative, cross‑functional role ideal for someone who thrives in operational complexity, is deeply organized, and loves working at the intersection of people, process, and product quality. You will partner closely with engineering, research, design, data science, legal, privacy, and security teams to build compliant, scalable, high‑quality AI systems that serve hundreds of millions of users.
