We are hiring a Principal PM to lead our Identity platform - the collection, transformation, and application of Identity data for the company. This senior, highly visible leader will ensure that identity data is high quality, integrated into product offerings across the company, and leveraged to launch new identity-based products that capture emerging opportunities and deliver value to our merchants.
Job Responsibility:
Set Vision & Strategy: Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for Adyen’s Identity product, grounded in customer value, measurable business impact, and responsible growth
Translate opportunities into clear priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across customer segments and verticals
Simplify an ambiguous space by defining clear, and actionable Identity use cases with your engineering and partner teams
Drive adoption of Identity data at scale throughout Adyen: Partner closely with downstream product teams to help them define new ways to use Identity data that bring measurable value to our merchants
Assess and measure Identity data quality and establish new ways of improving it to support more sophisticated applications
Create the right tooling and access points that facilitate adoption
Build for Scale & Regulatory Rigor: Ensure product decisions balance speed, reliability, compliance, and value
Partner closely with Privacy, Compliance and Regulatory partners to navigate dependencies and regulatory obligations
Design capabilities that are scalable, auditable, and resilient in a regulated environment
Lead Through Influence: Operate as the Product authority for Identity across Adyen
Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Commercial, Risk, and Operations teams without direct authority
Raise the bar for product clarity, prioritization discipline, and strategic thinking within the Identity Integrity Risk group
Requirements:
10-15+ years of experience in Product Management
Proven experience building and scaling complex products based on petabyte scale datasets
Demonstrated ability to operate at enterprise scale
Track record of influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial functions
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and influencing without direct authority
Clear and confident communicator across technical, commercial, and executive audiences in a global context
Deep customer empathy with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear value propositions
Demonstrated ethical judgment and integrity in high-stakes, regulated environments
