As a Principal Product Manager in Cloud Transition Product, you will define a strategic part of the organisation. You will shape Atlassian's top priority: moving on-premise customers to Atlassian Cloud. This Product Team drives a historic transformation for Atlassian and our customers, unlocking Cloud value for our entire customer base. Simultaneously, you will transform Atlassian into a cloud-first business, accelerating company growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with cross-functional groups like Sales, Customer Migration, and Customer Success to understand migration challenges
  • Define a roadmap to provide a seamless migration experience
  • Represent enterprise customer migration requirements
  • Connect with customers to identify new opportunities for Atlassian to streamline Enterprise Cloud transitions
  • Partner with cross-functional Jira and Confluence teams to define the roadmap for critical migration product transformations
  • Work directly with design, engineering, and other functions to ship products with a customer focus
  • Partner with our GTM teams to enable them to unlock migrations for our customers and partner network
  • Make a large impact across our product family and influence millions of users and thousands of customers for decades to come
  • Mentor other product managers, contribute to the growth of the product management craft, and represent Atlassian as a thought leader in Cloud Transition

Requirements
