Principal Product Manager, Ai Monetization, Ads & Creatives, Copilot

We are hiring for a Principal Product Manager with a proven track record of building AI-driven creative products that help advertisers produce high-quality assets at scale, drive measurable performance, and maintain brand integrity across every format and surface. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising's Creative products. You will partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance to design solutions that enable advertisers to create the right creative, in the right format, in an evolving automation-first landscape.
