At Microsoft Ads, we’re building the future of intelligent, privacy forward measurement systems that help our advertisers understand, optimize, and accelerate their business growth across the Microsoft ecosystem.We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager – Ads Measurement to lead the vision and execution of our next generation of measurement products that help advertisers see the true value of their investments across Microsoft Ads and AI‑powered surfaces. You will define how we quantify impact, how we help marketers make smarter decisions, and how measurement becomes a strategic advantage for our customers and for Microsoft.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Ads’ measurement platform
  • Build and launch measurement capabilities, including attribution, incrementality, cross‑channel reporting, and AI‑driven insights
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption
  • Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience

  • Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact features
  • Solid understanding of advertising or marketing technology, including measurement, attribution, experimentation, or performance optimization
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

  • Be an analytics partner and SME on your products for Client Success, Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science and other Product teams to ensure projects and products are developed and delivered accurately and on time
