Job Description:

We are hiring for a Principal Product Manager with a proven track record of building AI-driven, scalable advertising products that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers while ensuring the right level of targeting and controls to meet advertiser needs. In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising’s Campaign Management products. You will partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance to design solutions that enable advertisers to reach the right audiences in an evolving automation-first landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Product Leadership: Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across Microsoft’s ad ecosystem
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent the product to customers, deeply understand their needs, and champion those needs internally
  • Execution & Decision-Making: Navigate ambiguity, make tough prioritization decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework)
  • 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
  • 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
  • 5+ years experience developing digital advertising products, especially on the demand/buying side platform

Nice to have:
