Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional Principal Product Designer to join our award-winning design team. Based in Austin, you’ll be joining our rapidly growing North America squad - helping grow our market-share by shipping new region specific features and journeys. You’ll understand the needs of our customers and deliver work that feels familiar, scalable and unmistakably Wise. This is a unique opportunity to be our first designer in North America. Reporting to the Design Director for Regional, you’ll play a key role in shaping a product used by millions to substantially improve the experience for our US customers. This role requires craft, curiosity, and collaboration. As a Principal-level individual contributor, you’ll be establishing and raising the bar for the design of the Wise product in this region.
