Principal Product Designer, Trust

Trust Design shapes the systems that make Cash App safe, transparent, and accessible. We design experiences that help customers feel confident in how their identity, access, and money are protected—whether they're onboarding, verifying, transacting, or resolving issues. As a Principal Product Designer, you'll lead design across AI-native experiences that define how trust, access, and identity function across the Cash App ecosystem. You'll explore how large language models (LLMs), automation, and intelligent systems can remove friction, strengthen safety, and build confidence for millions of users—without compromising clarity or control. You'll partner with product, engineering, and machine learning teams to translate complex risk and compliance logic into simple, human-centered flows. You'll prototype new AI-powered interfaces, design identity and verification journeys, and help shape the broader strategy for how Cash App's trust infrastructure evolves. You'll also mentor and coach designers, raising the bar for systems thinking, visual craft, and execution.
