As a Principal, Product Design, you are an advocate for both form and function. You work across the entire design spectrum, encompassing UX, UI, and high-level visual craft, to create engaging, effective digital products. Job Responsibility

  • Execute at the highest level of visual and interaction design
  • Navigate the entire design spectrum to build complex workflows that feel simple, intuitive, and aesthetically superior
  • Lead projects from initial discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and post-launch optimization
  • Align user-centric design with business KPIs, ensuring that design decisions are backed by data and contribute to company growth
  • Advocate for and evolve our design system, ensuring a unified brand voice and seamless functionality across web, mobile, and beyond
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, providing clear documentation and participating in the hand-off process to maintain design integrity
  • Ability to synthesize user research and business data into actionable design strategies that drive product growth
  • Proven ability to articulate design rationale to executive stakeholders and advocate for user-centric solutions
  • Actively research and propose strategic improvements that support both personal and company-wide growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates best-in-class execution in shipped digital products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • An uncompromising eye for detail and a mastery of layout, typography, and motion to create polished, high-fidelity interfaces
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates the user-centered design process and includes prototypes of varying fidelity and UI/visual design capabilities
  • Mastery of Figma with a solid understanding of industry standards and features
  • Able to design a variety of UX artifacts, including personas, user journeys, prototypes, presentations, and UI mock-ups
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute to complex design systems, ensuring scalability and cross-platform consistency
  • Understanding of modern front-end capabilities and a history of collaborating with Engineering to deliver technically feasible, performant designs
  • A proactive, self-starting mentality with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot based on shifting business requirements
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must

You are equally comfortable conducting a user interview, mapping a complex flow, or polishing a pixel-perfect interface
