  • You will be leading a team of product managers responsible for making Teams Platform best-in-class with a mission of making Teams an ecosystem of choice for 3P apps and agents enabling sticky collaboration
  • You will establish a strong vision and roadmap, enroll execs and partners, and drive deep discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology
  • You will be building for scale, with 100s of Millions of monthly users as a minimum

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) people management experience

  • Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
