  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
  • Experience building systems that support security, privacy, or regulatory compliance at scale
  • Familiarity with automated evidence collection, compliance telemetry, or control enforcement frameworks
  • Experience supporting or designing AI/ML platform infrastructure with embedded governance or access‑control requirements
  • Understanding of modern data governance patterns, including classified or regulated data handling
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous regulatory or trust requirements into clear technical designs and executable engineering work
