Job Description

The Principal, HR Business Partner for the Product and Technology organization acts as a strategic HR advisor to the leadership team. In this individual contributor role, you will leverage deep subject matter expertise to lead the creation, design, and implementation of innovative people strategies that foster a culture of high performance and drive our most critical business objectives. You will be a key influencer, shaping the talent agenda and acting as a coach to senior leaders.

Job Responsibility

  • Executive HR Strategy: Function as the lead HR strategist and thought partner for the leaders of the Product and Technology organizations
  • Complex Organizational Design: Act as the lead consultant on complex organizational design challenges, large-scale transformations, and change leadership
  • Talent & Succession Strategy: Own the end-to-end talent strategy for the Product and Technology groups, from executive succession planning to enhancing talent density
  • Leadership Coaching & Development: Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to senior leaders
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive the most complex, high-impact, cross-functional HR initiatives and projects for the Product and Technology organization from conception to completion
  • Collaborate and partner with a global team of business partners in EMEA and APJ

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 6 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting senior executive leaders, preferably in a fast-paced, global technology or product-centric organization
  • Demonstrated experience influencing C-level executives and driving enterprise-wide people initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous, and cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated track record of using AI to elevate your work, and a curiosity to be a first adopter in all things AI
