Job Responsibility

Be the technical focal point of the team members and the owner of the developers services and features within the team
Provides direct and ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors designing, developing, and sustaining products, enhancements, and updates
Plans and delivers features for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated, and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps
Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs
Proactively identifies process improvement and cost reduction opportunities and achieves operational excellence through metrics and continuous learning
Provides people management for assigned team members, including hiring, setting, and monitoring of performance goals, coaching, and career development
Builds a best-in-class engineering team that delivers excellent results
Advanced project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
Typically, 12-15 years experience
Networking concepts and deep understanding of how network communication works
Protocols knowledge of - HTTP, DNS, TCP, UDP, SSH and RDP
Programing skills in one of the following technologies - Go, .NET, Java, C++, C
Understanding how cloud networking works, SaaS deployment, micro services architecture and Kubernetes
Working with one or more major cloud providers like - AWS, Azure and GCP
Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge of cloud applications and related technologies
