Our client is seeking a hands-on team manager with expertise in design of industrial automation systems. High impact growth opportunity offering generous base plus bonus incentive.

Requirements:

  • Industrial automation systems and tooling design
  • Working knowledge of mechanical principles and an understanding of 3D models, layout drawings, and engineering specifications
  • Experience from a capital equipment manufacturer/ Machine design experience preferred
  • 5+ years of mechanical 3D solid modeling experience and proficiency in SolidWorks
  • Proven track record of success managing engineers. Welcome the responsibility of mentoring and managing 8+ engineers
