Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Principal Maximo Consultant to lead the delivery of large-scale implementation projects. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, leadership, and a hands-on approach to delivering complex projects. As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a leader of the technical team to ensure project success. You will also be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals through the effective use of Maximo.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the technical solution leader on complex, high-profile Maximo implementation projects, guiding the process from initial design to final deployment
  • Lead the hands-on configuration, customization, and development of Maximo, translating functional requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions
  • Architect, design, and document technical solutions, including system configuration, process maps, data standards, and training materials
  • Collaborate with project managers and other teams to execute project plans, manage concurrent deliveries, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by leading design workshops, understanding their business challenges, and ensuring the technical solution meets their needs
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Consultants and other team members, fostering skill development within the practice
  • Contribute to business development by preparing responses to RFIs/RFPs and delivering software demonstrations to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Around 10+ years experience in delivering long running, high value projects in Maximo across multiple industries
  • 3+ years experience of leading or mentoring a team
  • Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Understanding and knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL)
  • Proven ability to act as a technical leader, architecting solutions and mentoring other consultants
  • Business-level fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
