This Princiapl Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) role represents an opportunity to develop and operate a massive at-scale service, to protect customers and Microsoft cloud infrastructure while also building and supporting new businesses and business growth across the company. You will lead a high performing team, responsible for keeping our customer base secure, improving the reliability of the platform, addressing customer reported issues, building data insights, and developing features to light up new scenarios and devices in the Windows ecosystem.   • Attract, lead and develop and retain top talent
  • facilitate the integration of AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance product strategy, customer understanding, prioritization, decision-making, engineering efficiency, incident response, quality and customer outcomes, all while maintaining security, privacy, and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ year(s) project or people management experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Ability to build trust with internal and external partners through quality delivery and integrity
  • Ability to handle critical situations with confidence, directing the team towards effective response
  • Demonstrating the ability to learn and apply learning to improve business outcomes, positive impact for the team and self
