We are the Windows Servicing and Delivery (WSD) organization, dedicated to keeping over 1.8 billion Windows devices secure and productive by delivering timely updates and innovations to all versions of Windows. Our work helps to protect users and their mission critical infrastructure in a fast-changing security landscape. We create and support new business opportunities across Microsoft, especially with the large and growing Windows installation base. We build delightful experiences for our customers and build products and solutions to empower our commercial and enterprise customers to keep their devices secure, compliant and up to date with latest innovations in Windows. This Princiapl Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) role represents an opportunity to develop and operate a massive at-scale service, to protect customers and Microsoft cloud infrastructure while also building and supporting new businesses and business growth across the company. You will lead a high performing team, responsible for keeping our customer base secure, improving the reliability of the platform, addressing customer reported issues, building data insights, and developing features to light up new scenarios and devices in the Windows ecosystem.
