This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ELV Consultant with the ability to engage and interact with stakeholders at different levels, joining our Poland Warsaw team to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative design solutions, whilst providing technical and team leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative design solutions
Provide technical and team leadership
Collaborate within the wider Cundall team and external partners
Work closely with colleagues of various disciplines to help manage the delivery of technically excellent and successful projects
Manage engineers to deliver designs, technical reviews, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring fee and programme for projects
Be involved in QA processes, establishing deliverables, mentoring and work winning activities
Manage, motivate, and inspire less experienced engineers
Support, and be supported by, senior management staff within the team
Requirements:
Working towards, or already be, a Chartered Engineer
Hold licence for design of telecommunication installations and systems
Educated to degree level in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
Significant experience in an ELV consultancy and/or engineering role within the ELV design field
Experience in the ELV design field including an understanding the principals of fire alarm, voice alarm, access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, and IT services design and delivery
Ability to manage small to medium-scale projects and less senior engineers
Proven ability in producing schematic diagrams, preparing specifications and project reports, carrying out site inspections and surveys, detail design development, and leading project meetings
Ability to take ownership for tasks and deliverables
IT and ELV experience of passive IT infrastructure, fire alarm, voice alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems
Capacity to think around problems and help guide the team and client towards solutions
Experience of working with a wider team including architects, MEP and installation teams
Organised and confident communicator with excellent client facing skills
Minimum level of B2 in both Polish and English
Nice to have:
Knowledge of WiredScore or other technical benchmarking for buildings
CNBOP, NODEX, TECHOM, PISA certificates
