This position is responsible for providing academic leadership and executive management, driving the strategic and operational development of the School, and enhancing the national and international reputation of the School.
Job Responsibility:
Educational Leadership: Develop and implement the school's vision, mission, and curriculum to ensure high academic standards, fostering an inclusive, multicultural environment that supports learner's success
Staff Management: Recruit, supervise, and evaluate teachers and support staff, providing professional development opportunities and ensuring alignment with international education standards
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, the school board, and the wider community, promoting the school’s values and fostering an active, engaged school community
Administrative Oversight: Manage the school’s budget, facilities, and resources efficiently, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and international accreditation standards
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is typically required
At least 10 years in educational administration, from international school setting
Familiarity with international school accreditation processes and standards (e.g., Cambridge, IB) is an added advantage
Track record managing a team of around 40 staff
Nice to have:
