Job Description:

Lead complex installation analysis for offshore oil & gas projects. This senior-level role involves conceptual, FEED, and detailed design, solving technical challenges, and guiding engineering teams to deliver safe and efficient installation solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform and review installation engineering designs and analyses for pipelines, risers, spools, subsea structures, and offshore platforms
  • Prepare design reports, procedures, and technical specifications
  • Interface with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients
  • Lead project-based discipline activities, audits, and design reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with standards and project requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • 15–20 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas installation design
  • Strong knowledge of design codes, standards, and EPC project execution
  • Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer or member of a recognized engineering society
