As a Principal Growth Product Manager for the Rovo team at Atlassian, your primary focus will be on propelling Rovo, our AI-first product, to new heights through innovative and creative growth investments. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that not only drive product adoption but also enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in driving growth and developing 0 to 1 products
Strong background in AI technologies and building AI-driven experiences
Excellent data analysis skills and a deep understanding of metrics
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and drive strategy across the organization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
