Principal Group Engineering Manager

The CISO Tip of the Spear Engineering organization builds, owns, and operates the infrastructure and platforms that make red teaming, investigations, hunting, detections, and response systematic and scalable. We are seeking a driven and experienced Principal Group Engineering Manager to lead security strategies across critical services. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will lead an engineering team and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders across Microsoft to assess risks, identify critical data sources and mitigation strategies, and evolve defenses based on the threat landscape.
