Job Description

Our client a leading independent financial services firm are seeking a Principal Fund Finance Advisory to support clients in their financing requirements at fund, General Partner and Management Company levels. The role covers origination, transaction execution and maintaining existing/developing new client relationships.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of fund finance transactions
  • Expand the business, by identifying new opportunities across fund finance, debt advisory and debt management markets
  • Provide structuring advice and lead the project management of transactions
  • Develop key relationships within the fund finance ecosystem
  • Manage junior team members
  • Keep updated with regulatory changes and any topical industry trends

Requirements

  • 10 years plus experience within a related role (fund finance, debt advisory etc)
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and closing complex financing transactions
  • Proven network and strong relationships across the sector
  • Capacity to be adaptable, in a multi-faceted and complex business model
  • Project Management experience
