Principal Fire Engineer

• Lead delivery of fire engineering projects from concept through to completion
• Provide strategic and technical advice to clients, design teams, and stakeholders
• Manage and mentor engineers at various levels
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes
• Contribute to business development through client relationship management and proposal writing

• Degree-qualified in Fire Engineering or a related discipline
• Significant experience in fire engineering
• Chartered status (CEng/MIFireE) preferred
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage client relationships
• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, standards, and design codes
• Collaborative leader with passion for innovation and technical excellence
