As a Principal Fire Engineer, you will take the lead on delivering complex fire safety strategies, designing fire safe solutions, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and driving best practice across the business. Job Responsibility:

Lead fire engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring compliance, innovation, and exceptional quality
Provide strategic advice to clients, design teams, and stakeholders on fire safety matters
Mentor and develop engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence
Take ownership of project delivery, budget management, and client satisfaction
Support business growth through client relationship building and proposal development

Requirements:

Degree-qualified in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline
Significant experience delivering fire safety strategies across diverse sectors
Chartered status (CEng / MIFireE) or working towards it
A proven leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
In-depth knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, codes, and standards
