An ambitious and dynamic fire engineering consultancy with reputation for technical excellence, innovative solutions, and people-first culture seeks Principal Fire Engineers to support their Manchester hub. Opportunity to play key role in business growth while enjoying support of established consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead delivery of fire strategies and engineering solutions across various sectors
  • Take responsibility for client engagement and developing long-term relationships
  • Support mentorship of junior grades and shape professional development
  • Ensure projects meet highest standards of compliance, quality, and innovation
  • Support new business opportunities in the region

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in fire engineering
  • Experience delivering fire strategies and solutions across the built environment
  • Chartered Engineer status with IFE or similar body (or working towards)
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Leadership experience with collaborative approach to mentoring others

Nice to have:

  • Working towards Chartered Engineer status
  • Experience in multiple sectors and complex projects
