Job Description:

A dynamic, passionate fire safety consultancy recognised for its technical expertise and innovative approach to fire safety are seeking principal fire engineers to join their Manchester hub. This is a key leadership position that combines technical excellence, client engagement, and business development.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design, delivery, and review of fire engineering strategies
Design Fire Safe Solutions for a multitude of buildings
Act as a senior point of contact for clients
Support and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Contribute to the development and launch of the new Birmingham office
Prepare proposals, manage project budgets
Represent at meetings, industry forums, and events

Requirements:

Experience in fire engineering
Leadership skills
Client management experience
Mentoring capabilities
Business development skills
Technical expertise in fire safety
