An ambitious and dynamic fire engineering consultancy with reputation for technical excellence, innovative solutions, and people-first culture are seeking Fire Engineers and Principal Fire Engineers to support launch of their new office in Birmingham. This is opportunity for someone who wants to play key role in growth of new regional office while enjoying support, expertise, and collaborative culture of established consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead delivery of fire strategies and engineering solutions across variety of sectors and complex projects
  • Take responsibility for client engagement and developing long-term relationships
  • Support new business opportunities in the region
  • Support mentorship of junior grades and help shape their professional development
  • Play instrumental role in establishing and growing Birmingham office
  • Ensure projects meet highest standards of compliance, quality, and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in fire engineering with experience delivering strategies and solutions across the built environment
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with IFE or similar body
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships
  • Leadership experience with collaborative and supportive approach to mentoring others
  • Ambition to be part of a consultancy at an exciting stage of growth
