Job Description:

A leadership position combining technical excellence, client engagement, and business development with opportunity to shape project outcomes and company's future growth, including expansion into Birmingham

Job Responsibility:

Lead design and delivery of fire engineering strategies
Design Fire Safe Solutions for multiple buildings
Act as senior point of contact for clients
Support and mentor junior engineers
Contribute to development of new Birmingham office
Prepare proposals and manage project budgets
Represent company at meetings and industry events

Requirements:

Experience in fire engineering
Leadership skills
Client management experience
Mentoring capabilities
Business development skills
Technical expertise in fire safety

Nice to have:

Experience with business expansion
Industry forum participation
