The regional Principal Field Marketing Manager's mission is to own, conceptualize, execute, and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns for selected customer segments to reach new customer acquisition and customer retention goals through strong alignment with Sales teams.
Job Responsibility:
Keep industry conference inventory up to date, negotiate and secure sponsorship and coordinate successful participation, including messaging with the Content team, design with our Marketing Designer and target list and invites with Sales/Account Managers
Own the EMEA field marketing strategy and calendar, aligning activities with regional revenue goals. Research and secure venues, develop event feedback surveys, and post-event reports
Manage customer gifting projects, including the coordination of campaign concepts and the full scope of execution
Plan and execute pre- and post-promotion communications for marketing campaigns, including social posts, email, paid ads, and landing pages
Create documentation of campaign best practices, conduct operational tasks such as invoice-handling, and budget and project tracking
Manage and optimize a EMEA annual field marketing budget, ensuring ROI and cost efficiency
Act as the primary field marketing partner for EMEA Sales leadership, supporting pipeline generation and key accounts
Prioritize and scale the most effective event formats, ABM initiatives, and partnerships across the region
Requirements:
You have prior success in a similar position and you have excellent understanding of B2B marketing
You bring project management experience
Very good experience with the marketing strategy playbook, especially diverse event formats
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience managing six-figure marketing budgets
Strong stakeholder management with Sales leadership
Ability to operate autonomously as the sole regional owner
Nice to have:
Experience in short-form content writing (e.g. email, website copy, blog) is a plus
Familiarity with EMEA ad tech conferences is a plus
Hands-on experience with digital media, including social and email is preferred
