This role will be accountable of the Environmental programs, such as Air, water (SPCC and MSGP), Asbestos, lead and refrigerant.
Job Responsibility:
Leads the Air, water (SPCC and MSGP), lead, asbestos and refrigerant Programs. Interacts with regulatory agencies (DRNA, EPA). Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations (DNER, EPA)
Assists the Director of EHSS in the implementation and execution of the Air, water, lead, asbestos and refrigerant Programs
Develops strategies to further improve environmental programs
Coordinate and facilitate Environmental regulatory and corporate trainings, Provides input on design reviews and regulatory support to operating personnel
Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of the incident management and investigation system
Reviews and endorses Management of Changes. Evaluates governmental rules and regulations changes and advise on their application
Develops Environmental metrics and measurements
Responsible for the CAPA system through Trackwise or equivalent database and Accident/Incident Investigation Program. Conducts EHSS Assessments including but not limited to Change Controls, Validations, Commitments, Projects, and Shutdowns
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science Related Field required
Masters Degree preferred
5-8 years of experience
Basic cGMP knowledge
Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA & EHSS regulations
Strong OSHA & EHHS knowledge
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Knowledgeable on chemical processes and equipment (Chemical Plants)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Project management knowledge/skills
Technical writing & reporting skills
