Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance for a diverse team of engineers
leading by example with proof-of-concepts and fail-fast, and implementing latest technologies, tools, architectures where required in the tech stack
responsible for all technical decisions – principles, design, implementation – across the sector
hands on coding (20-30%), is a IC role

Requirements:

15-20 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing software solutions
proficient in Java
experience of working in an Agile environment with a strong focus on engineering practices and tooling
ability to liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the platform, product or service’s direction
ability to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues
experience with large scale data architecture, across multiple or hybrid Cloud platform
