Job Responsibility:
Working with development team (or teams), delivering enterprise-level software
Ensuring work quality through overseeing technical analysis, planning, execution, reviews and mentoring
Working closely with clients (and their dev teams) to align technical decisions with business goals
Being the main point of contact for everything related to technical cooperation
Being the go-to person for team talks, internal workshops, and hackathons
Comparing tools and services to provide authoritative recommendations for new projects or features
Keeping technical debt visible and ensuring stakeholders understand application stability and observability
Requirements:
At least 9+ years of commercial experience in .NET (C#)
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
C1 English
Deep understanding of Microservices, Distributed Systems, and API Design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
Drive to implement best practices
Ownership of technical analysis for upcoming functionalities
Setting standards for realistic and complete work estimation
Natural communicator who can talk to both developers and business stakeholders
Radical accountability to identify and report risks
Nice to have:
Experience in other backend or frontend languages and curiosity for new technologies
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs) to optimize development workflows and code quality
Interest or experience in navigating regulatory standards like HIPAA or GDPR
