Principal Engineer (Software Architect)

We create the Booking Management capability which enable our brands and experience teams to effectively search, cart, book and manage our travel products.  You’ll work alongside Technical Leads, Engineers and business stakeholders to craft architectural solutions that deliver on our business objectives. With strong business acumen and a pragmatic approach to decision-making, you’ll ensure technical choices are always grounded in customer and commercial outcomes.  You’ll enjoy getting your hands dirty, improving our developer experience, tooling, pipelines and ways of working, while validating ideas through spikes and prototypes, you will also bring a strong bias for action and lead by doing, not just directing.  If you would like to work on meaningful products with real customer impact and be part of a collaborative, agile, and globally connected engineering community, we encourage you to apply!
