Job Responsibility

  • Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation
  • Effectively plan and execute projects using project management tools, coach project team members, solve problems, and make decisions for the project
  • Lead multiple small to medium projects with limited supervision
  • Communicate both up and down the organization to complete projects and provide status updates on the projects
  • Support change control KPI reporting with project reporting
  • Support continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing process improvements within the sustaining engineering project team
  • Make some design changes related to affected project including 2D redlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering/technical field
  • 5 + years of project management experience managing projects of various sizes
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, sourcing, operations, quality, regulatory, Marketing, etc.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills to ensure timely execution of project
