Job Responsibility:
Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation. The team may include both internal and external team members.
Effectively plan and execute projects using project management tools, coach project team members, solve problems, and make decisions for the project
Lead multiple small to medium projects with limited supervision
Communicate both up and down the organization to complete projects and provide status updates on the projects.
Support change control KPI reporting with project reporting
Support continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing process improvements within the sustaining engineering project team.
Make some design changes related to affected project including 2D redlines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering/technical field
5 + years of project management experience managing projects of various sizes
Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, sourcing, operations, quality, regulatory, Marketing, etc.
Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and deadlines
Attention to detail
Effective time management skills to ensure timely execution of project
