We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and driven Principal Engineer for Conversational AI. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in constructing and guiding dynamic, talented engineering teams. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members to ensure the delivery of top-tier products and services, specifically within the realms of voice and chat bots. As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in building and delivering high-quality software that enhances customer experiences. You'll be involved in all phases of software engineering, from requirements analysis to deployment, while adhering to agile software development methodologies. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with designing and building software engineering solutions in cloud environments
  • 10+ years of experience in one or more modern languages, such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc
  • 10+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
  • 5+ year(s) of soliciting complex requirements and managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies (e.g., chatbots, voice assistants, LLMs, STT/TTS, NLU/NLP engines)
  • Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Nice to have

  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical and strategic concepts to multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their practical applications in conversational AI
  • Experience developing and supporting voice and text chatbots
  • Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
