This role reports to the Director, Employee Relations and is part of Intuit's People & Places (HR) organization. The role supports employee relations matters across Canada, the UK, Israel, India, and other global locations, including the US. This individual will also lead enterprise-wide projects, operating models, and strategic initiatives that shape how ER partners with the business and other functions. At the Principal level, ER partners operate as enterprise leaders and strategic architects of the ER function. They shape how ER supports the business at scale, defining approaches to the most complex, ambiguous, and high-risk situations — including executive-level matters, large-scale organizational changes, and precedent-setting employee issues. Principal ER partners influence senior leaders and HR leadership on strategy, risk, culture, and organizational health, while evolving scalable frameworks, processes, and tools that strengthen the company's overall employee experience and risk posture. Intuit has embraced a hybrid way of working. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working from our Toronto office 3 days per week.
