Principal Designer role shaping the future of projects and business at a progressive multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy delivering major schemes in commercial, residential, education, and public sectors

Job Responsibility:

Deliver Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015
Lead design risk management and provide expert safety advice
Engage directly with clients, contractors, and design teams
Mentor junior colleagues as the Manchester office expands
Embed safety through design from concept to completion

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
Proven understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations
Consultancy experience preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have:

Architectural, Building Surveying, or Health & Safety background with strong grasp of design risk management
