Job Description:

Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Newcastle is expanding and looking for a forward-thinking Principal Designer to take the lead on a variety of high-profile commercial, residential, and public sector projects. You'll work within a collaborative, supportive team where innovation and professional growth are genuinely encouraged.

Job Responsibility:

Driving proactive design risk management
Ensuring CDM regulations are seamlessly integrated throughout every stage of the project
Acting as trusted advisor to clients

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Principal Designer within a consultancy environment
Strong understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management
NEBOSH, TechIOSH or IMaPS qualification preferred (or working towards)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
A proactive mindset and passion for improving design safety

Nice to have:

NEBOSH, TechIOSH or IMaPS qualification preferred (or working towards)
