Job Description:

Building Regulations Consultant role working with a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy on complex, high-profile schemes across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Shape the future of safer, smarter building design in Manchester.

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing designs and documentation for Building Regulations compliance
Advising on the implications of the Building Safety Act
Supporting Principal Designers and project teams through Gateway submissions
Liaising with local authorities, fire safety officers, and clients
Helping shape best practice within the consultancy's compliance team

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance processes
Experience working within a consultancy or Building Control setting
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
Confident advising clients and coordinating across design teams

Nice to have:

NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification
