Job Description:

An innovative Consultancy with a reputation for fast yet steady growth are looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to oversee a new range of projects. They are on the lookout for an ambitous Principal Designer / CDM Consultant, who is aiming to progress into Senior position in the near future. They always look to promote from within and will provide an opportunity to work on projects which are varied and provides access to pretsigous clients.

Job Responsibility:

Leading meetings
Providing expert advice to clients across core Construction sectors
Working within a CDM department as well as others, over various PD and PD support contracts

Requirements:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
Tech IOSH (minimum)
APS membership (preferred)
A minimum of 3 years within a CDM role
Strong communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
