Principal Designer

• deliver Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations
• provide expert guidance on design risk management and health and safety
• serve as the client’s main point of contact for CDM-related advice on a wide variety of projects
• attend client and design team meetings to ensure effective collaboration and compliance
• support and mentor junior members of the team to ensure high standards of service delivery

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification
• extensive experience as a Principal Designer or in a related health and safety role
• strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and design risk management
• excellent client-facing and communication skills
• experience in producing fee proposals and managing project invoicing is desirable
