Job Description:

A well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is seeking a CDM consultant with at least two years of experience. Principal Design is an important role in the current climate of Building Safety and if you have a design background, you progress exceptionally well. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team working across a range of public and private sector projects, offering tailored training and development opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Assist clients in understanding and complying with the CDM 2015 Regulations
Attend design meetings
Produce pre-construction information
Liaise closely with principal contractors
Monitor compliance and improve safety culture across design teams

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years within a Construction industry role
Knowledge of H&S legislation and construction practices
Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Surveying
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
TechIOSH or working toward

Nice to have:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate
TechIOSH or working toward
