Job Description:

An expanding engineering consultancy based in London is looking to appoint a Principal Designer to support its rapidly growing CDM service line. The Principal Designer will have a direct line into senior leadership, offering fast-tracked career development opportunities and the chance to shape the future of the consultancy’s design safety services.

Job Responsibility:

Client engagement
Pre-construction planning
Leading on CDM compliance and design risk management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in a CDM, Principal Designer or H&S design role
Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar design-based discipline
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
TechIOSH or above
APS Membership
Strong knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations and experience of design risk management

Nice to have:

Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar design-based discipline
TechIOSH or above
APS Membership
