Principal Designer

• Deliver Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations
• Prepare and review pre-construction information and construction phase plans
• Provide CDM and health and safety advice to clients, architects, and contractors
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and audits to monitor compliance
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver consistent and high-quality services
• Mentor junior team members and support their development within the consultancy

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Professional accreditation from APS (AaPS, IMaPS, or CMaPS) is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a Principal Designer within the construction industry
• Comprehensive understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues

Professional accreditation from APS (AaPS, IMaPS, or CMaPS)
