Job Description:

A Principal Designer role with a market-leading national construction consultancy offering quality-driven, long-term career stability and progression. Work includes internal and external projects with duties related to CDM compliance and site visits.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a mix of internal and external projects
Undertake full CDM duties including pre-construction information, construction phase plan reviews, health and safety file coordination, and CDM advisor site visits
Collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants
Manage duties independently and hit the ground running

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar Principal Designer or CDM-focused role
A background in construction site safety or a health and safety role with a strong construction bias
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent), IMaPS / CMaPS or similar
Confidence in producing, reviewing and advising on CDM documentation
