Job Description:

The Principal User Experience Designer crafts innovative and engaging digital products that delight customers and drive business results. Responsible for design strategy and user-centered design activities related to web or mobile apps. The role will mentor other designers on the team and deliver T-Mobile's most critical product designs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guides, mentors and encourages other designers in the team
  • Envision sophisticated UX ecosystems
  • Works across functional teams to understand business and feature requirements
  • Ability to work hand in hand with project and product managers
  • Acts as an evangelist for design thinking
  • Establishes, evolves and evangelizes design strategy across the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
