Job Description:

A Construction Consultancy who have had large success with their Building Regulation principal Design, are looking to bring an Associate Director into the business to lead their existing team of Principal Designers. They have a track record of commercial growth, having successfully established a Fire Engineering team to circa 50+ employees in 2 years. They have recently secured funding which will elevate their Principal Design services even further. You will manage a team of Building Regulation Principal Designers, whilst you manage their existing portfolio of HRB projects. There will be a clear pathway for progression and a high ceiling.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on Building Regulation, carrying out the Principal Design role as per the new Building Regulations
  • Ensure clients, designers and stakeholders are aware of the necessary steps towards ensuring compliance with HRB projects
  • Manage a team of Building Regulation Principal Designers
  • Manage existing portfolio of HRB projects

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years post ARB registration
  • Membership on the RIBA Principal Designer register for HRB projects
